I'm a film-maker from Bristol, and I've decided to give up on my submission after watching yours!
The VirginMedia guys have to have something seriously wrong with them for this to not get through..

it would seem I am the only entry coming purely from a dogs perspective. Quite frankly this is just so typical of male 'rotti' dog behaviour and wonder what a different dynamic it would be coming from a mature female, deaf, white boxer angle. I am already an accomplished actress with a proven track record of working in partnership with humans. Should you wish me to assist you in future projects I would be more than happy to oblige. If there is a premier I would be interested in coming along if only to see 'rotti boy'....he's hot!

aha! now i know what my dogs are thinking when they sleep! very good concept. went to your website and you've achieved quite a bit. surprised you would enter this competition and sign over all your rights. Fair enough its not a completely new story and probably people have done this story time and time again, but it was great to watch. actor did well, and they did great with what they had.

I think i must be sleeping, or dreaming when i hear brilliant, excellent or amazing uttered in the same sentence as this film.
Il be as objective as i can as someone said this is better than another film called small hands big plans...its not.
This film is not funny, not even in a silly way. It did have a twist but it was so random who cared! as you can tell im not one of the directors mates who have commented numerous times on this film mentioning how hot he is and other things that really only take away from the validity of the comments made.

actually wazco...im an actor!! Il say this...il tell you some things in terms of film that could be deemed brilliant!! Batman Begins, The Godfather, Shawshank redemption, Anchorman , Schindlers List , The Departed, Oldboy! I could go on, I understand this is a short and those are features but think in terms of the quality and the words used - if this is quality/amazing/brilliant/awesome what are they???
More than anything my point is to choose your words carefully as i feel words like those are used to liberally and should only be reserved for things that truly deserve them. I dont think this film deserves to have one of those words in the same sentence. Its ok...

I didn't realise Ironman was an actor. He clearly knows what he's talking about and therefore has the authority to brand a film "amazing".
I'm sure he's acted in some incredible productions and is in very high demand within the industry, the fact he spends all day commenting films on virginmediashorts clearly reflects this.

i have to disagree, and say this film shows alot of promise. its a quirky little film, wonderfully shot, and a cutesy comedy. It's original, and i can't help sometimes but think about what my 2 dogs are thinking. Its great to see that you can always imagine these sort of things, create them, and bring them to life which is why i am crazy about film in the first place.

Get over your negative opinion of a little film?! I couldn't care less whether you thought it was the worst film ever made. If anyone needs to "get over" their opinion its you because it's clearly had a negative impact on your social life; you are back on this page yet AGAIN slagging it off!
You asked me why I care what you think about the film "when its the judges that decide". I don't care what you think about it- I've just made that quite clear above. What does slightly concern me however is the hypocrisy of your "who cares" statement. You quite clearly "care" passionately about other peoples "amazing" opinions, so much so that you have been compelled to write several essays on the subject.
I'll relay the question you asked me back onto you; "why would YOU care anyway when its the judges that decide"?!
What you must note, Ironman, is that I have not yet given my opinion of the film, I may well share the same negative opinion as you. But what I certainly don't share is a bitter, egotistical 'it's not as good as the Godfather' attitude to other peoples work.
